Concept
Making decisions to create new spaces or enhance existing ones in your home, where you'll spend your daily life, is significant. Building a strong, trusting relationship with your designer and builder necessitates clear communication. Together, we'll delve into your vision, identify your must-haves, and follow up with an in-person consultation to explore various options.
Design & Development
At this stage an agreement and retainer are required to initiate work on the concept and schematic designs. This includes sample boards, a detailed arrangement of spaces, and floorplan elevations. These help create a comprehensive representation of your remodel. We prepare design schedules for spaces and provide 2D and 3D renderings.
Technical Design Stage
It's essential to explore preliminary specifications regarding materials and workmanship, discussing the anticipated timeline and cost projections. Additionally, we'll need to obtain necessary approvals and legal documents, including permits. At this stage, we can also agree on design concepts, allowing room for any revisions.
E.L. Final
Planning, styling, and completion are integral phases in our design process. We strive to ensure that the work and finishes meets the standards of both E.L. Interiors and our clients. Once the project is finalized, we will schedule our photographer to capture the remarkable remodel.
